ABOUT
Thomas Lovett is a distinguished violinist with roles in major orchestras including the Oklahoma City Philharmonic and Knoxville Symphony, and as a soloist with orchestras like the New Life Symphony Orchestra. He has won concerto competitions at both the University of Oklahoma and the University of Tennessee. Recognized for his 'World Class Sound,' Thomas has received accolades from prominent figures such as Almita Vamos and Alessandro Capone. He earned an Artist Diploma from the Hartt School of Music after completing his Master’s at the University of Tennessee. An experienced educator, he has taught at NYU's Collaborative Piano Festival and the Music Mountain Festival in Connecticut. His violin teachers include Jody Naifeh, Felicia Moye’, and Anton Miller. He plays a 1993 Jon Van Kouwenhoven violin. More
