Ingerine Dahl (1980) was born into a musical family in Stavanger, Norway. She started playing the violin at the age of three and continued her violin-studies in her hometown and then in Copenhagen, Lausanne and at the UNI "Mozarteum" in Salzburg. She just finished taking a second master degree at the Norwegian Musikkhøgskole (NMH) marking the finish with a grand debut in Universitets Aula.She has won several national and international prizes and awards both as a soloist and as a chamber musician.
She has since 2004 been associate 2.concertmaster in Stavanger Symphony Orchestra, is the founder of Skasei string trio which has had successful tours to Scandinavia, Italy, South-Africa and France and of the Norwegian Cathedral Ensemble (Katedralensemblet) which aims to holds monthly chamber concerts in the main cathedrals in Stavanger.
She guestworks as 1.concertmaster at the Opera in Valencia (Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia) and the Norwegian Chamber Orchestra (Det Norske Kammerorkester). More
