ABOUT

Antalya State Symphony Orchestra (ADSO) was founded in 1995 as Antalya Chamber

Orchestra with İnci Özdil as the first conductor. Shortly after, since the chamber orchestra did

not meet the demand for our region and our orchestra, the need for a symphony orchestra status

arose. As a result of the efforts of State Artist Prof. Gürer AYKAL and founding director

Numan Pekdemir, the status and name of the orchestra was changed to Antalya State Symphony
